Hi,

New to Easy-PC and working through the manual and have reached a problem with the Databook.

When I select a Component (e.g. 74HC00 from the 74hc.cml library) among other details I get the following > pad layout and numbering, but no Silk Screen.

If I then click on the link under PACKAGES & PIN ASSIGMENTS > Symbol: 14DIL, the PCB Symbol, IC.PSL library opens, but all it shows is the Silk Screen and Symbol and Reference origins.

If I view this package in the Libraries Manager all these details appear together.

I have reloaded all the original library files etc., with no success.

Any one know why this is happening?

Regards

Hi David,

Has there been any progress on this?

I have tried a complete re-install of of Easy-PC and it has not improved the situation.

Regards,

This looks like the Databook may have become 'unhooked' somehow from properly reading the Technology files on which the colours and visibility of the graphic previews are based.

I have logged this on our system for one of the team to investigate. Sadly I've not yet been able to find a workaround to this issue.

David.
