Hi,

Today, when trying to create a new pcb file from scratch, the file doesn't have the usual design technology attached. I get no layers, for instance, and have to create the design technology from scratch. Or, as I did in this case, take another drawing file, rename it to the new file, then delete everything off of it. Then I had an empty file that was associated with my desired design technology.

The same happened when I tried to create a pcb symbol. No layers were defined. I checked in the design technology and everything was empty.

This is the first time I've seen this occur. I'm using v19.04.

I've never had to do anything to get the default design technology before. It's just always been there. How do I get my default design technology back?
