Hi
I am installing all my software in WIN10 after maintenance in my PC.
I tried to update version 19.0.1 using the patch update-epcpatch1903.exe.
I got the message access to C:\Programfiles(x86)\... was denied.
I tried to suspend McAfee for a while, but it does not help

Please help

Fernando

Hi

Thank you for your help.
I am far from an expert in WIN10... nor in windows8. I was only comfortable in XP pro.

I made a test that seems to work ( only when I will test the ODB++ I will see if all is OK).
I run the update file to an empty data directory, drive D: and copy all the resulting files, to the same directory the program previously attempted to write.
Is recognised now as 19.0.3

Hope that helps !
