I can't think of a more newbie question than this but I don't know the answer so here goes. When I'm measuring the total board dimensions do I include the board outline or not. If I measure the gap it will not include the line width, but if I choose distance or shortest it includes the line width. Which measurement gives me the correct total dimension when produced?

Thanks,
Mark

Use the ADD=> Dimension (Horizontal/Vertical) feature.
This measures to the center of the pcb outline thickness as Iain says.

Click on the board outline and the size will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. The size is to the center of the board outline so the line width is academic
