I have a SOT-223 pad component which has a small pin with is Vout net and also the larger tab is Vout. How can I have them both me the same net when I create the component? Using the Component Wizard it asks about "Common" pin but I have no idea how to use that?

Thanks

No, it's not in V11. IIRC, it was added in V13.

Its in the help file ... look in the Library Components under Multiple Pin Numbers and it will explain how to do it. Basically when mapping you can allocat multiple pins by usung the syntac 1,2,3 or 1+2+3 to tie multiple connections to one pad or multiple pads to one connection.

Nobody else has tried to do this?
