When we upgraded to version 13 last August we also purchased Pro-Library 2. We have now tried to use an Altera part (EP3C40F484C7) and although a component entry exists in the library the associated layout and schematic symbols are missing.

This also seems to be the case for many other Altera parts in the library, even though they are listed on the Pro-Lib 2 datasheet the library is not complete.

Is this a known issue? Are updated libraries available?

Regards,

Nigel.

Thank you for reporting this problem.

We've taken a look into it, and indeed some information had been missed from the installation . There's a new one been compiled, so if you're a registered Prolib2 user, please contact Sales for an updated download link.
