I am having an overhaul of my companies EasyPC library structure and want to know how other users of EasyPC have arranged their libraries. Are there any best practises and gotchas involved with EasyPC Library management??

Sorry to have overlloked this one for so long. There's a major gotcha you need to watch out for.
When you're reorganising the components, every component knows which symbols it's using, and the libraries as well. so if you're moving components and symbols between libraries, the components will still expect their symbols to be in the ORIGINAL libraries.
There's only one (tedious) way to correct this. Copy the symbols, but leave the originals in place for the present. When you come to the components, open each one in the editor. Click on the schematic symbol, and go to [View], [Properties]. Using the 'Gate' tab for the schematic symbol, and the 'Package' tab for the footprint, select the replacement library and symbol. When you click on [Apply], the record will be updated without losing the pin assignments. You will need to do this for each schematic symbol if the component has more than one. You'll also need to use [Edit], [Package] to do it for each package if necessary.
Remember to finish by using [Save To Library] to make sure the correction is stored.
There's another minor gotcha, which is that if the standard libraries are used to store new symbols or components, there's a risk of them being overwritten with the defaults if the application is re-installed, but it sounds as though you're on top of that one.
Check the use of the file 'Libnames.txt' in you manual or online help. It allows you to prioritise library searches.
