Posted - 13 Oct 2008 : 18:46:37 Yes. In Discrete.ssl there are a series of capacitor symbols, CAPP1 to CAPP6, except for CAPP2. These represent a size series for a range of common sub-minature electrolytics. (Case size 2 is the same as case size 1 but longer.) These are implemented in Discrete.cml as CP1 to CP6, again missing CP2.
Regarding naming conventions, there aren't any really strong ones, as the libraries were originally constructed by a number of authors, but a 'P' on the end of a gate name should indicate that it includes power pins, for example. |
