I am looking for MB2S in your libraries but couldn't find it so I was going to make the component but couldn't find the package SOIC-4 that it uses either.

Can anyone tell me if I've just missed them or if I have to make them both myself? I'm new to this and not sure what libraries have what yet. I've been using the data sheets to look as we only have the Pro Library yet.

No, you've not missed them. Neither the component nor the footprint are presently available. However, there is a ray of hope. There is a SOIC8 footprint in the Prolib pcb symbol library. It should be easy to edit this down to 4 pins for the footprint.
